Public Projects:
We have a few public building projects that are currently in the schematic phase of design. We are looking forward to advancing these projects into the continued phases of design and construction with the hopes of giving our clients the look and feel they desire for their building, while implementing our own creative ideas.

Wahkpa Chu'gn Buffalo Jump (ABOVE):
Located in Havre, MT this redesign was done in collaboration with Siemens Engineering Co. to provide new tourism infrastructures in Hill County.

Lion's Park Information Center (ABOVE):
Located in Chester, MT this unique project was done in collaboration with Siemens Engineering Co, and provided a new information center for local Chester.

McIntosh Warehouses(ABOVE):
This potential project will be built near Bozeman, MT with a total of 8 buildings ranging from 2 to 3 units.  Each unit has a loft space, bathroom and large work area.

Valley Furniture (ABOVE):
A contemporary remodel for Valley Furniture in Havre MT, with new siding, windows and awnings on both the street side and parking lot side of the building.  This project will start next year.

Clinic (ABOVE):
This Optometric clinic located in Havre, MT is looking for an updated look as well as a small expansion for their company. The above image is the new design for the clinic with a pitched roof option over the main entrance to cover the walking area and help avoid snow or ice build up in the winter. Also added were new awnings over the windows and a parapet facade. The owners have not yet decided when they will continue with construction of the project.

Woith Construction (ABOVE):
Located in the historical downtown of Great Falls MT, this tenant improvement of the fifth floor will be the second phase of remodeling for this old unique building which has been converted to apartment spaces.
